At Baracuta®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return any unworn item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original Baracuta box or a secure alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
